Trash-Couture’s Creative Director, Ann Wiberg has more than 20 years of experience as a couture designer. She has spent many years developing Trash-Couture’s signature stretch bustier, which enhances and flatters the female body regardless of shape. Ann Wiberg’s expertise with the female body, her attention to detail and the flexibility of the base bustier makes it possible for Trash-Couture to create exclusive made-to-order items. Tailored to fit your body and state of mind perfectly!

Smaller moderations

From the original collection you can also make smaller moderations: add extra length – sleeves or change colours. The moderation fee varies from style to style.

Length

Most dresses can be order in short or long. Additionally bustiers can be ordered with or without tail.

Sleeves

If the retail client wants to add sleeves on the dress or top, we can provide lace sleeves as style Lady Winsor or Ace of spades in the A/W 2012 Collection.

Colours

All Trash-Couture’s fabrics are coloured by hand in the couture atelier. This means that if the client likes the style of a white wedding dress, but wants it as evening wear, they can change the colouring accordingly. However, it’s not possible for Trash-Couture to make very electric colours as the base colour like neon and pink. However, we can add splashes of electric, like seen on the style Miss Colosseum in the A/W 2012 Collection. We have divided our colour game into spirits:

• Midnight’s fantasy: Total black on black.
• Poudre de Nuit: Duse colors in rosa, beige, sandy and soft tones.
• Couture Forest:: Lighter versions of green and the felling of the secrets in a forest.
• Roi de Solai: All the colours there is connected to the sun, gold, lighter yellow and bronze.
• Vintage dream: White, vintage white, added with vintage silver.
• Moon Storm: Black mixed with beige, white or greys colours.
• Jazz Blue: Dusty blue tones like a shadow sky –or in French called blue hour.

Decoration

Clients can also request not to have or to add more e.g. feathers, specific semi-precious stones, chaines etc as well.

Sizing

As the bustier is made of stretch the sizing is very flexible – meaning that it can stretch around 4 cm in each size. As a consequence a size Danish XS can fit a size 34 to 36, S can fit a size 36 to 38 and M can fit size 38-40.

Measurements

We have listed below a definition of the most commonly used product measurement terms. To help you choose the best size, we recommend that you compare each product’s measurements with your own.

SHOULDER
From shoulder tip to shoulder tip

SLEEVE
From the underarm to the cuff

HIP
Measure around the point of your hips at the top of the legs. This will be approximately nine inches below your natural waistline

INSIDE LEG
The distance from the top of your inside leg (at the crotch) to your ankle

BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust

WAIST
The slimmest part of your natural waistline – above your navel and below your ribcage

RISE
This is the distance from the top of the waistband to the crotch

LENGTH
Lengths are taken from the highest point of the back of the garment, from the shoulder or neckline, to the hem
